I would NEVER do business with this company again. October 4: ordered rain sheet through Amazon. Never even shipped or said why the delay. Emailed company THREE times with NO response. Oct. 16 filed claim through Amazon. Oct 17, got an email from the company saying it would arrive Wed. Ok, filing claim worked. Then, less than 2 hrs later got email saying that they cancelled the order. Hmmm.... must be they do not want a neg review. Yep.... I will neg review them EVERYWHERE I can. What a scuzzy customer service ethic they have. Finally they say they would not ship with an outstanding A-Z, but for me to rescind the A-Z I have to tell Amazon that I received the sheet. Um, no way! I am not ***, just frugal. 129733d
